If you haven't heard of 3-D printing by now, you must be WAY too stoned or you're living under a stone.

I know not everyone has a 3-D printer (yet) but that doesn't mean you can't purchase items created by them, like a bong.

Yup, you read that right, there are 3-D PRINTED SMOKING DEVICES.

In fact a few different companies are making 3-D printed smoking pieces but there's one company that stands out, Lifted Innovations.

On Lifted Innovation's website, you can choose one of their pre assembled water bongs .. or you can build your own.

In this blog post I'm going to build on own bong on their website and show you what's possible with this new crazy technology.

Let's begin

STEP # 1 - CHOOSE A "TOP"

This piece is well.. the top of your bong. It can include just a stubby mouth piece or an entire tube, there are a few different styles to choose from

I think the Helix top is my fave, so let's choose that one

Not only do I get to choose the piece but I get to choose the color too! And all my pieces can be different colors.

The hardest part of making this bong is choosing a color scheme.

I love things that change color so I have to go for the UV color changing mouth piece/tube.

STEP TWO- CHOOSING "ACcESSORIES"

This makes up the mid section of the bong, you can choose up to 6 pieces which would make a monster bong.

There are plenty of accessory pieces to choose from, the spirals are def my fave.. but which do I like more.. the "skinny" or the "fatty"?...

I think I'm going to choose the skinny spiral in.. purple. I know the UV goes purple too, but it seems to be a different shade of purple, kinda more pink.

I could choose mutiple accessory pieces and make this bong HUGE but I prefer a mid sized bong so now I'm going to now choose a base

STEP # 3 - CHOOSING A BASE

All of my faveorite style bongs have beaker bases, so I'm gonna have to choose a beaker a base and it seems like it has pretty good percolation.

ALRIGHT, LET'S HAVE A LOOK AT IT ALL PUT TOGETHER

It looks pretty sweet.. I'm still conflicted on the colors but that's definetly the style I want.

The possibilities of styles are almost endless, but the choices of colors and combinations that is definitely endless. It's really only limited by your own creativity
